Sgt. Bert raced on Kentucky tracks from the ages of 3 to 8. A winner on both dirt and turf, he turned in sizzling sprints and set the record for 5 1/2 furlongs on the turf at Keeneland in the 2006 Woodford Stakes. It was his second Woodford S. victory in a row. Since coming to Old Friends, Sgt. Bert enjoys the company of his pal, Marshall Rooster.
